History
We have been serving The Greater Maryland and surrounding areas since 1975. The company was founded by Don Gurney who is still very much active in the business. With Don’s guidence the company has grown to become the areas largest and most productive GMAC franchise in the state.
Agents
We have over one hundred thirty agents in our offices and more than half of them are licensed brokers. They are high caliber professionals with diverse backgrounds. Some are former educators, executives, travel agents, and even professional athletes. They are all committed to the Profession of Real Estate.
Office and Staff
Our offices are fully equipped with an integrated network of computer and communication systems. We have instance access to all the Multiple Listing Services, the Public Record Searches, and other tools and services that our agents need in order to better serve you.
We also have fifteen full time staff in our exclusive Customer Care Center to accommodate all your needs. Our Customer Care Center coordinates meetings, sets schedules, answers your calls when your agent is not available, and they are YOUR personal couriers to ensure the timely processing and delivery of all your documents.
